Terms
The terms for using this site.
These cover the website itself — what you can expect from it and what I expect from you. Actual client work is governed by a separate signed agreement, not by this page.

What this site is
A description of what HarvestFlow does, some examples of work I've built, and a way to start a conversation. That's it.
The Bottleneck Breaker is not a diagnosis
The Breaker takes six answers and maps them to one of nine patterns using fixed rules. It's a starting point for a conversation — a well-informed one, but a starting point.
It is not a business audit, not financial or legal advice, and not a substitute for someone actually looking at your business. Don't make a consequential decision on the strength of a six-question quiz. The paid diagnostic exists precisely because real answers take real work.
No guaranteed outcomes
Nothing on this site is a promise of a particular result. Case studies describe what was built for specific companies in specific circumstances; your business is not those businesses.
Prices and service descriptions shown here are current at the time of writing and may change. What governs an engagement is the signed agreement for that engagement.
Using the site
Use it normally and we'll have no issues. Don't attack it, don't scrape it wholesale, don't try to break into parts that aren't yours, and don't submit forms with someone else's details.
What's mine
The content, the copy, the branding, and the Bottleneck Breaker — including its pattern library and scoring — belong to HarvestFlow. Read it, use it, act on it, quote it with attribution. Don't republish it as your own or rebuild the Breaker as your own product.
Other people's sites
Links out and embedded tools — the booking calendar, for instance — are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. I pick vendors carefully, but I can't answer for how they operate.
Limits
The site is provided as it is. I work to keep it accurate and available, but I can't guarantee it's error-free or never down, and I'm not liable for losses arising from using it. Where the law doesn't allow that limit, it doesn't apply.
Changes
These terms can change; the date at the top will say when they last did. Continuing to use the site means the current version applies.
Questions about these terms
Email me and ask. I'd rather clarify than have you guess.
